Vanessa Santiago, chief creator and visionary, is passionate about nourishing your skin, especially from within.

Her vision of Esculent Skincare led her to use ingredients produced by nature, available to help every skin type be well nourished from the inside out. 

Using only natural ingredients such as whole foods, plants, herbs, and unrefined oils and butters, she creates products that will work with your body’s natural systems. Pure Essential oils are key in all of her skincare for their restorative properties and soothing, natural scents. 

To encourage you to nourish your skin from within, Vanessa includes a recipe for skin loving whole foods on each soap label. 

On her own health journey to discover real nutrition and how it benefits the body, coupled with her experience as a chef, she had an idea to share the message of hope - that healing can occur easier than you may think. 

She has over 20 years of experience from various careers which allowed her to pull from her wealth of knowledge to create these handmade products. All products are vegan, or vegan friendly, and are never tested on any animals. Also, they are artificial and junk free.

In October 2021, she began selling in local vendor markets around the DFW area. In less than a year she has now opened a brick and morter in the Shops at WIllowbend Mall, and launched online sales.
