About Esculent

Nature has always been my escape—coastlines, fresh air, greenery, and the peacefulness of water. But growing up in New York City, those moments of stillness were rare, found only in a park or a quiet street at just the right time. My grandmother, a nurse with a deep love for herbal remedies, sparked my curiosity about natural health from an early age. That curiosity became a necessity after a car accident left me with a serious back injury, forcing me to leave my career as a chef. In search of ways to heal my body naturally, I turned to nutrition and holistic health—and as I experienced the benefits firsthand, I became passionate about sharing that knowledge with others.

I always loved exploring boutiques and discovering unique, handcrafted soaps. Each one felt like a little work of art—beautifully made, rich with scent, and full of personality. My natural curiosity led me to wonder: What is soap, and how is it made? What ingredients were in them? How did they benefit the skin? As I dove into research, I realized that soap could be more than just a product—it could be a way to educate others about the healing power of nature and nutrition. I wanted my soaps to be more than cleansing bars; I wanted them to tell a story. In 2015, I began making soap with the vision of turning it into a business—one that not only offered natural skincare but also included recipes and education inside every label.

In 2020, I took the leap and moved to Frisco, Texas, to turn my passion into a business. Three years later, my company has grown to over 40 products, all made with natural ingredients that benefit the skin and nurture the body. My mission is simple: to provide natural skincare remedies for those in need, to educate others on how nutrition and nature can heal from the inside out, and to create products that truly support healthy skin without harmful chemicals.
