This blend of calming oils can support you during moments of stress or needing to settle down mentally, emotionally, or physically. I combine deeply relaxing lavender oil with ylang ylang, sweet wild orange and a hint of vanilla.
Take a 30 second pause to apply to pulse points, the back of the neck, and outside of the navel. Also apply to the palms of your hands then cup hands over nose, and inhale 5 times, deeply through your nose.
